Open Music Player 1.2.2

Version 1.2.2 improves everyday playback and navigation. The update has been submitted to Apple and is awaiting review.

What changed

Fixed opening and closing the equalizer and its button state.
Improved navigation between the player, sleep timer and queue.
Fixed dialog layout when the keyboard is open.
Improved playback recovery after audio interruptions and changes to the audio output.
