Open Music Player for iPhone and iPad is now free in every country and region where the app is distributed through the App Store.
This is a pricing change, not a new app version. The current release remains version 1.2.0.
Your files, your folders
Add individual audio files or connect only the folders you choose. Open Music Player does not scan the entire device. Organize your own collection with playlists, smart collections and a playback queue, then listen with background and Lock Screen controls.
No ads, account or subscription
The app remains free of advertising and does not require an account or subscription. Users provide their own audio files; a music catalog is not included.

Open Music Player 1.2.0 is available free on the App Store for devices running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
